Re-Elect Sue Draffkorn for County Board District 4

Welcome Sue Draffkorn's website.

District 4 is in McHenry, Richmond and Burton Townships and includes Richmond, Ringwood, Spring Grove, parts of unincorporated Wonder Lake and the City of McHenry.

As your County Board Member my goal is to represent the needs of the people in District 4, as well as residents through out the county.  As a County Board Member I serve on the following County Board committees: Planning & Development, Law and Justice, Human Resources, and Community Development Block Grant (Chairman). Each of these committees meet one or two times per month.  In addition, I also attend meetings as the Board Liaison for the Fox Waterway Advisory Committee, other committee or community meetings, and two County Board meetings each month.

My goal is to continue to make McHenry County a great place to live and raise a family and at the same time promote open lands and agricultural and a vibrant workforce.

As your McHenry County Board Representative, I have:

  • Secured $17,759,000 of federal funding for improvements in District #4 alone for improvements to Johnsburg Rd and Miller Rd.
